Delivery Details
When can I have my product delivered?
The website markets two categories of scrubs. An Embroidered Scrub and a Non Embroidered Scrub. The estimated delivery time for each of these categories is different.
The Embroidered Scrub will be delivered between 7 to 10 business days from the date of placing the order.
The Non Embroidered Scrub will be delivered between 4 to 6 business days from the date of placing the order.
What are the active days of the website?
The website remains active on all 7 days of the week. Any customer queries will be addressed on all these 7 days.
However, all deliveries stay on a standby on all weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The estimated delivery time does not include Saturdays and Sundays, but only the business working days.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
What can I return?
The website accepts returns of any damaged Non Embroidered Scrubs.
Pertaining to certain conditions, the website also accepts the return and refund of Embroidered Scrubs.
Conditions and Norms to be met with before returning an Embroidered scrub:

The scrub delivered and received by the customer must be of a damaged condition, &

The customer no longer sees the requirement for a replacement and would prefer a refund instead.
The fulfilling of both of these conditions simultaneously will qualify an Embroidered Scrub for a return and a full refund.
{NOTE: The customer will be charged with a pick up fee of 150 rupees upon collecting the returnable product.}
What can I exchange?
Scrubin provides an option to its customers to exchange their products in the case of an unsatisfactory purchase.
A Non - Embroidered scrub, if received in a condition that is damaged or non-usable, the same can be exchanged by the customer.
An Embroidered Scrub, if received in a condition that is slightly torn or any other minor complaints, the same can be exchanged by the customer.
{NOTE: Any variations noticed in the size and fit of the scrub after the delivery of the product cannot be returned or exchanged.}

Adhering to the conditions mentioned above pertaining to returns and exchanges, if the customer wishes to avail either of those options, they are advised to notify the website immediately upon receiving the delivery (within the time limit of 2 days). Any such complaints or exchanges will be tended to by the website and will have those issues sorted out as quick as time permits.
What is the Refund policy observed by the website?
Any product fulfilling the Return Criteria as published by the website, will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid by the customer for the respective product. The website initiates the refund for the product returned after a span of 3-5 days from picking up the returned product.

What is the time limit for requesting a return or an exchange?
Under any circumstances where the customer wishes to return or exchange the products delivered to them by the website, the request must be placed on the website within 2 days of receiving such orders. Any such requests delayed beyond 2 days will not be valid and hence not accepted by the website.
Do I need to provide the original accessories and packages for my products that are eligible for returns and exchange?
The product delivered to the customer will contain a complete set of the apparel. While exercising the option of a return or an exchange, the customer must be aware that irrespective of the damage found in any one piece of clothing or the entire set of the uniform, the entire set is to be sent back on the pick-up for the return or exchange, whichever applicable..
What should be the condition of the product that is eligible for an exchange or a return?
In the case of a return or an exchange, the customer is first and foremost required to check the eligibility criteria for the respective return/exchange, whichever applied for.
If such a request qualifies the criteria mentioned by the website, the customer is then expected to take a picture of the condition of the product as delivered and later on post it on the website’s commentary section. At the time of the pick up of the concerned order, if the condition of the product matches the one in the image posted by the customer on the website, the product will be accepted for such a request as applied by the customer.
Will I be charged a pick up fee for any exchanges or returns applied for?
Any customer may apply for an exchange or a return for the product received, if it is found unsatisfactory by the customer, provided all the conditions of such an application stand fulfilled. The customer requesting for such an exchange or a return, whichever applicable, will be charged a fee of 150 rupees for the pick-up of the concerned order.

What are the different shades of scrubs sold on the website?Scrubin trades in two major shades of scrubs on its website. Pastels and Dark Colours. The website also promotes the option of customizing the colours of the scrubs as per the customers’ tastes and likings. To avail this option, the customers are requested to inbox the website’s social media account and the details regarding such orders will be conveyed accordingly. {NOTE: The customers are advised to pick the size of the scrubs with due care as the size might be slightly larger than the size displayed in the size-chart provided by the website}
